Turn your top 3 priorities into a 30/60/90 day action plan with phased deliverables, owners, success metrics, and a stakeholder readout — ready for steering committee.
Every scorecard on this site ends with "top 3 priorities." This planner turns those priorities into a real 90-day plan — what gets delivered by day 30, 60, and 90, who owns each workstream, and how success is measured. Print it, paste it into a steering deck, email it to your team.
Three parallel workstreams, each with 30/60/90 milestones. Day 30 is discovery + kickoff, day 60 is pilot + early production, day 90 is scale + measure. The "success metric" for each priority is what you report at the day-90 steering committee.
Ninety days is the longest horizon executives can hold confidently. Inside it, 30-day checkpoints force weekly momentum without drifting. The pattern: day 30 end with a demo-able pilot or discovery deliverable (not a plan-to-plan), day 60 end with measurable production signal, day 90 end with the metric that earns the next budget cycle. Run three workstreams in parallel if they don't share the same scarce resource — if they do, sequence them.
Compress each theme to a single track or just use the day-30 deliverables as your plan of record for a quarter.
Use this as the first quarter of a multi-quarter plan. Map quarters 2-4 with the same pattern against the same priorities.
Priorities: MFA, SIEM, DR. Day-30: MFA pilot on VPN, SIEM onboarded 5 sources, DR BIA complete. Day-60: MFA at 50% coverage, 10 SIEM use cases live, DR warm site built. Day-90: MFA enforced, SIEM in production, first DR tabletop run.
Priorities: SD-WAN, Wi-Fi 6E, adoption. Day-30: SD-WAN pilot 2 sites, Wi-Fi 6E site survey, adoption baseline measured. Day-60: 10-site SD-WAN, 2-floor Wi-Fi pilot, champions program launched. Day-90: 30-site SD-WAN, Wi-Fi 6E at HQ, MAU +12pts.
